1. What is the Service

Nochach (nochach.app) is a service for monitoring the AI visibility of businesses in AI engines such as Perplexity and Claude. The service scans how AI engines mention your business in responses to questions in your field, and sends a detailed report by email.

2. What is Included in the Service

• Free scan — 7 questions, instant results, email report
• Grow subscription ($79/month) — automatic monthly scan, comparison to previous month, change alerts, personal dashboard

3. Payment and Cancellation

Monthly subscription is charged in advance at $79/month. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months already paid.

4. Liability for Results

Scan results are based on real-time responses from external AI engines (Perplexity, Claude). Nochach is not responsible for the accuracy of AI engine responses, changes in AI engine behavior, or business outcomes resulting from report recommendations. The report is an information tool only.

5. Permitted Use

The service is intended for business owners and their representatives for monitoring their own visibility only. It is prohibited to use the service to scan businesses without permission, to collect information about competitors in ways that harm third parties, or for any use that violates applicable laws.

6. Changes to Terms

Nochach may update these terms. Material changes will be published on the site and an update will be sent to the registered email. Continued use after an update constitutes agreement to the new terms.
